The city of Muzaffarnagar was the venue for a prominent employment fair, contributing to the broader series of job creation events across the region. This fair underscored the commitment to improving job prospects and stimulating economic activity locally.

On Thursday, Muzaffarnagar witnessed a significant employment fair, marking another step in a series of job creation events organized across the region. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to over 5,000 youths during the district-level mega employment and loan fair.

Additionally, loans totaling ₹30 crore were allocated to eligible candidates and MSME entrepreneurs under various schemes. The event also saw the distribution of tablets to more than 1,000 students as part of the Swami Vivekananda Yuva Empowerment Scheme.

In a separate engagement, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath convened a meeting with BJP Shakti Kendra and RLD sector officials to discuss the Meerapur assembly by-election. The meeting focused on evaluating election preparations and strategies at the grassroots level in Meerpur.

Previously, 12,000 appointment letters were distributed at job fairs held in Ambedkar Nagar and Ayodhya on August 17 and 18. Over the past seven and a half years, the Yogi government has successfully provided more than 6.5 lakh government jobs and over 2 crore private sector jobs. The Uttar Pradesh government is accelerating its mission of employment through these job fairs.
