In a proactive security measure ahead of Independence Day, Noida Police and CISF personnel conducted thorough checks at metro stations late last night. This heightened security effort aims to ensure public safety for the upcoming August 15 celebrations.

The comprehensive operation involved Noida Police, CISF forces, Quick Response Teams (QRT), Bomb Disposal and Detection Squads (BDDS), and dog squads. They focused on Okhla Metro Station, metro coaches, and various high-traffic areas to conduct meticulous inspections.
Additionally, joint patrols and vehicle searches were carried out at the Delhi-Kalindi Kunj border in collaboration with Delhi Police. The security teams stopped vehicles for checks and conducted foot patrols to maintain vigilance and enhance safety in the region.
