PM Modi Criticizes Congress, Alleges Outsourcing to “Urban Naxalites”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing critique of the Congress party on Monday stating that it has relinquished its autonomy and is now under the influence of what he referred to as “urban Naxalites.” He contended that the party’s grassroots leaders have been silenced, and it has surrendered control over its affairs.

“The Congress has forfeited its resolve. The foundational leaders of Congress have fallen silent, their voices muzzled. Initially, Congress was marred by mismanagement, followed by financial insolvency. Now, they’ve outsourced their operations. The party is no longer guided by its leaders. It now delegates everything, from slogans to policies, and this contract is with certain urban Naxalites,” PM Modi conveyed during his address at the Karyakarta Mahakumbh in Bhopal.

Further targeting Congress leaders, PM Modi emphasized that those born into privilege consider the colonies of the impoverished as mere backdrops for video shoots.

“The lives of the poor hold no value for Congress leaders born with silver spoons. To them, the struggles of the poor are akin to adventure tourism. The residences and settlements of the underprivileged have become settings for video shoots. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. The BJP government is projecting a prosperous and grand image of the nation to the world,” PM Modi asserted.

He underlined his unwavering commitment to ensuring that the people of the country do not face deprivation.

“My principles, diligence, and aspirations are distinct. Nothing supersedes the nation and its people for me. I’ve confronted challenges but will not allow the people of this nation to be deprived of anything,” PM Modi affirmed.

The Prime Minister implored BJP party workers to dedicate their full efforts towards securing victory in the forthcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly elections.

“A developed Madhya Pradesh is vital for a developed India, and for this, the BJP government must reign for the next five years. Hence, it is the duty of every BJP worker to give their utmost,” he urged.

Meanwhile, he commended the vibrancy exhibited by BJP workers at the ‘Karyakarta Mahakumbh.’

‘The ‘Karyakarta Mahakumbh’ conveys a multitude of sentiments. It showcases the sentiments of the people here and the vigor of BJP workers… Madhya Pradesh is the heart of the nation, and its people have consistently stood by the BJP,” PM Modi remarked.

Madhya Pradesh, along with four other states, is slated for elections later this year. In 2018, the Congress secured a slender majority, leading to Kamal Nath assuming office as Chief Minister. However, internal dissent led to the Congress government’s downfall, with several legislators defecting to the BJP, facilitating the return of Shivraj Singh Chouhan as Chief Minister.
