PM Modi Flaunts Recycled Jacket, Explains It’s Speciality To Bill Gates

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emphasized India’s rapid progress in scaling up its renewable energy capacity, particularly in areas such as wind, solar energy, nuclear energy, and green hydrogen. In a recent interaction with Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, PM Modi highlighted India’s cultural ethos of recycling waste and showcased a half-jacket made from recycled materials, symbolizing the country’s commitment to sustainability.

The Prime Minister stressed the significant impact of sleep quality and sleepiness on our perception of age, linking adequate sleep to feeling youthful. He underscored the importance of safeguarding sleep as a key factor in maintaining a sense of youthfulness and vitality.


 India’s Thrust in Renewable Energy and Green Initiatives

PM Modi discussed India’s strides in renewable energy during the interaction, pointing out that the country has allocated a corpus fund of Rs 1 lakh crore in the budget to encourage innovative contributions from the younger generation. This initiative aims to foster environmentally friendly innovations and technologies, supporting India’s commitment to a sustainable future.

One notable achievement highlighted by PM Modi was the launch of India’s first indigenous green hydrogen fuel cell inland waterway vessel. This environmentally friendly boat signifies India’s commitment to clean energy and reinforces efforts towards a greener and more sustainable future.

Investments in Power and Renewable Energy Sectors

India’s investment in the power and renewable energy sectors has been substantial, with Rs 16.93 lakh crore invested since 2014 and additional investments of Rs 17.05 lakh crore in the pipeline. The country is poised to witness further investment in renewable energy capacity, with an estimated Rs 1,37,500 crore investment expected in 2024.

Data Security and Technological Advancements

PM Modi addressed the importance of data security, highlighting the need for public awareness and stringent measures to safeguard sensitive information. He emphasized the use of technology to enhance citizen services and improve the ease of living. Initiatives such as storing university certificates in the cloud and leveraging shared IDs for efficient access to information demonstrate India’s commitment to leveraging technology for the benefit of its citizens.

Empowering Women and Transforming Agriculture

The Prime Minister outlined initiatives such as the NaMo Drone Didi program, aimed at empowering women from underprivileged families by providing opportunities to earn a sustainable income. The program also focuses on modernizing agriculture through technological advancements, including the use of drones for precision farming.

Revolutionizing Healthcare and Education

PM Modi highlighted technological advancements in healthcare, including the establishment of Ayushman Arogya Mandirs in villages to provide accessible healthcare services. The integration of modern technology bridges the gap between health centers and hospitals, enhancing healthcare delivery in rural areas.

Global Leadership in Technological Innovation

During the G20 Summit, PM Modi showcased India’s foundational approach to technology, emphasizing democratization and community-driven contributions. India’s commitment to preventing monopolies and fostering trust in technology among its citizens reflects a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation.

Government’s Focus on Middle-Class Welfare

PM Modi reiterated his government’s commitment to eliminating unnecessary governmental intervention in the lives of the middle class while ensuring abundant assistance for those in need. The focus is on providing ample support to underprivileged sections of society while fostering a conducive environment for growth and development.
