AI is now being used in politics as well. Ahead of the Lok Sabha election 2024, BJP is making the best use of AI for reaching corners of the nation.
Informing that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speeches are now accessible in eight languages on the social media platform X, previously known as Twitter, across eight different accounts. This marks the first instance of PM Modi’s speeches being translated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
This advancement in technology follows PM Modi’s use of AI to translate his speech in real-time during an event in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, in December of last year. Addressing the audience at Kashi Tamil Sangamam in Hindi, PM Modi’s speech was seamlessly translated into Tamil. “This marks a new beginning, and hopefully, it will facilitate easier communication with all of you,” remarked the Prime Minister.
PM Modi’s speeches are now available in languages including Bangla, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi, Odia, and Malayalam on their respective X accounts.
