As the 2024 Paris Olympics has come to an end, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to meet the Indian Olympic contingent on August 15, on Independence Day.
As per NewsX’s information, All members of the contingent are likely to be invited to the Independence Day event at the Red Fort, which will take place in the morning.
Additionally, the Prime Minister might host a dinner for the athletes in the evening.

Earlier, Prime Minister Modi praised the Indian athletes, who participated in various events at the multi-sport tournament. He also commended their efforts in representing the country on the international stage.

Meanwhile, 117 Indian athletes competed in this prestigious event and they ended their campaign with a total of six medals: five bronze and one silver. This achievement placed India at 71st position at the medal tally of the Paris Olympics.
