From March 8 to 10, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to embark on a visit to Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh, according to a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office.
The itinerary begins on March 8 in Assam, where the Prime Minister will visit Kaziranga National Park at 5:45 AM. Subsequently, at 10:30 AM in Itanagar, he will participate in the ‘Viksit Bharat Viksit North East’ program. Over here, the Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate, and lay the foundation stone for various development projects in Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh, totaling around Rs 55,600 crore.
Moving on, the Prime Minister will travel to Siliguri, West Bengal, and partake in a public program at 3:45 PM.
On March 10, at noon, the Prime Minister will be part of a public program in Uttar Pradesh, where he will inaugurate, dedicate, and lay the foundation stone for various development projects exceeding Rs 42,000 crore. Following this, at 2:15 PM, he will reach Varanasi and use video conferencing to disburse the first installment under the Mahatari Vandana Yojana in Chhattisgarh.
