In the previous 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, the Congress-led UPA alliance secured 8 seats, while the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) managed to clinch four. Notably, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), contesting for the first time in Punjab, won one seat, adding further intrigue to the upcoming polls.

With the Lok Sabha elections slated for April and May this year, Punjab gears up for a democratic exercise of considerable magnitude, with a diverse electorate poised to shape the state’s political trajectory.
