Strong earthquake tremors of magnitude 5.8 were felt across Delhi-NCR and Uttarakhand on Tuesday afternoon at 2:28 PM. However, no damage has been reported so far.
The epicenter was reportedly in Nepal and the tremors lasted for about 30 seconds.
An earthquake of magnitude 4.8 on the richter scale hit Manipur’s Bishnupur district on Monday evening.
Last November, Delhi, NCR, and several other northern states witnessed tremors as a 5.4 magnitude earthquake rattled Nepal, 212 kilometres southeast of Joshimath in Uttarakhand.
