In a heartbreaking accident on Sunday, a woman and her teenage son were killed when their scooter collided with a Road Transport Corporation (RTC) bus in Shadnagar, Telangana. The deceased have been identified as Hazira Begum, 35, and her 12-year-old son, Abdul Rahman.
The tragic incident occurred as Hazira was riding the scooter with her two sons seated behind her. The RTC bus, traveling from Afzalganj to JP Darga, collided with their scooter near Shadnagar. Hazira and Abdul Rahman died on the spot due to the severe impact. The other son, who sustained serious injuries, was promptly taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
The collision left the front of the scooter severely damaged, with photographs from the scene showing the extent of the destruction. The accident has prompted an investigation into the circumstances leading to the crash, as the local community mourns the loss of the mother and her young son.
