The new service sector policy has received approval from the Uttarakhand government. According to an official, the goal of this policy is to support the development of 10 lakh employees’ skills and create 20 lakh job possibilities in Uttarakhand.
Health, education, hospitality, wellness, IT, data centers, sports, and the film industry have all been taken into account in this policy, according to the state’s chief secretary, Sukhbir Singh Sandhu.
The decision was made during the cabinet meeting, which was held at the State Secretariat and presided over by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
The official continued, “The service sector policy has been approved for the first time in the state.”
On September 12, Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister of Uttarakhand, met with real estate investors to discuss residential projects and other matters in preparation for the “Global Investors Summit 2023” in Dehradun.
The Chief Minister conveyed during the discussion his certainty that the proposed Investor Summit in the upcoming month of December will significantly advance the state’s growth and economy.
According to Dhami, the single window system is being improved along with new policies to boost investment in the state, and any real estate-related proposals made today would be incorporated into the action plan going forward.
According to the chief minister, the government is constantly working on the ground to improve the state through investments and by giving the locals new job opportunities.
