Watch Video: Masked Men Loot Jewellery Worth Over ₹11 Lakh In Mumbai

Three masked men opened fire and looted jewellery worth more than ₹11 lakh from a shop in Navi Mumbai’s Kharghar area, according to a police official on Monday.

The brazen robbery occurred at 10 PM on Sunday, when the three suspects, dressed in black and armed with revolvers, entered the jewellery shop. They threatened the staff, assaulted them, and made off with jewellery valued at ₹11.80 lakh. Despite firing four to five rounds during the heist, no injuries were reported, the official from Kharghar police station stated.

A video capturing the crime has gone viral on social media. In the footage, the three perpetrators are seen fleeing the scene on a motorcycle, with several bystanders attempting to chase them.

A case has been registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act for dacoity and other related offences. Authorities are actively working to apprehend the culprits involved in this daring robbery.
