Kolkata Rape And Murder Case, Horrifying Revelations From Autopsy Report

The final post-mortem report of the second-year postgraduate student from RG Kar Medical College and Hospital has unveiled disturbing details. Dr. Subarno Goswami, who had access to the final autopsy findings, highlighted the horrific nature of the rape and murder, indicating that the injuries pointed to a gangrape.

He disclosed that approximately 151 grams of a thick fluid was discovered in the victim’s private parts, along with multiple injuries across her body. Dr. Goswami further noted that the autopsy report suggested the victim was raped before being murdered.

Earlier, the Kolkata Police handed over the post-mortem report to the victim’s family, revealing the grim details of the crime. The findings classified the doctor’s death as homicidal and ante-mortem, meaning it occurred before she was found. The report confirmed that the victim had been sexually assaulted, with clear evidence of rape. After the assault, she was killed by a combination of throttling, where pressure was applied to her neck, and smothering, which led to her death.

The autopsy report also revealed cut marks on the victim’s hands and face. It indicated that a severe blow caused her glasses to shatter, with shards of glass entering her eyes. Additionally, the report mentioned injuries to her head, suggesting that the accused slammed her head against a wall.

While this was happening, the accused reportedly covered her mouth, resulting in further injury marks on her face.
