In a surprising turn of events, a man from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, went to the hospital with severe stomach pain. Doctors performed surgery for a hernia and were astonished to discover female reproductive organs inside his body.
Rajgir Mistri, 46, a father of two, had been experiencing stomach pain for some time and decided to get an ultrasound. The scan revealed a piece of flesh in his lower stomach was causing hernia by pressing on other internal organs.

Mistri attended a free hernia check-up camp where Dr. Narendra Dev from BRD Medical College confirmed the hernia diagnosis. During surgery, Dr. Dev found that the flesh was actually an underdeveloped uterus and an adjacent ovary.
After the operation, Mistri is now healthy. Dr. Dev explained that this was a rare birth defect, and Mistri exhibited no female characteristics.
