This Indian Origin CEO Steals the Show As He Dresses As “Zuckerberg” For Halloween

This Halloween, the Indian-origin CEO of Perplexity AI, Aravind Srinivas, thought to recreate Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

The costume was as simple as it needed to be, what usually is Zuckerberg style. The signature style with a black T-shirt, denim, dark sunglasses, and a silver chain is his everyday look.

On X, Srinivas shared his Halloween look, and the comments flooded. This ‘simple’ yet ‘thoughtful’ costume quickly caught the attention of social media users, with many commenting that he resembled Zuckerberg even more than Zuckerberg himself.

“You look more amazing than Zuck in this costume!” and “Bro rocking it harder than Zuck himself,” said Netizens. One cheeky comment noted, “I’m ‘horrified’ that you were able to take a few minutes away from your desk. Totally unacceptable, but nice outfit. Go Bhai!!”

Netizens in India thought he resembled Circuit more than Zuckerberg. One user asked, “Is this Circuit from Munnabhai?”

What’s his plan for next year?

Srinivas promised to dress as OpenAI CEO Sam Altman for next Halloween. Altman responded with humor, suggesting that he should don an “ill-fitting hoodie and Lego Adidas shoes.”

What costume did Mark Zuckerberg wear?

Meanwhile, Zuckerberg himself was also in the Halloween spirit, dressing as John Wick. His ensemble, however, sparked debate among fans, as many felt he resembled Severus Snape from the Harry Potter series instead. He shared his costume on X with the caption, “When your house full of girls decides to be ballerinas, be John Wick,” showing that he, too, could have a little fun despite his busy schedule.

Halloween, celebrated on October 31st, has evolved from its ancient Celtic origins into a vibrant occasion filled with costumes, trick-or-treating, and festive decorations. This year, the spirit of the holiday was alive in Silicon Valley, and Aravind Srinivas’s homage to Zuckerberg was a highlight.
