A viral video of a Pune civic body’s autonomous car traveling quickly in reverse that surfaced on social media platforms has taken the internet by storm. The video presents a pick-up truck that is visibly traveling in reverse for more than 20 seconds before slamming into a divider in the footage, which was taken from a car on the other side of the street.
On Sunday night, at approximately 11:45 PM, an incident occurred on the Vaiduwadi flyover in Pune.

The road was nearly deserted, therefore nobody was hurt.
According to reports, the car was connected to the road development division of the Pune Municipal Corporation.
The viral video has not yet elicited a response from the civic body.
The event happened months after two 24-year-old techies were killed instantly when a 17-year-old purportedly intoxicated lad crashed his Porsche into them in Pune.
