In an ongoing Paris Olympics 2024, indian archer Deepika Kumari has been eliminated from the quarterfinal of women’s individual archery.
Deepika Kumari was defeated by South Korean player Nam Suhyeon with a score of 4-6 on Saturday.

In this match, the players were having a tight competition. This fight continued after the completion of four sets.
However, Nam’s precision sealed the match as she won the fifth set. Thus, advancing to semifinal.

Meanwhile in the first set, 30 year old deepika kumari acquired the score of 28-26. As a result, she got 2 points. Subsequently in second set, she acquired the score of 10, 6, and 9. However, Nam made the equal by winning second set with a score of 28-25.
Then in a third set, Deepika took the lead, as in the third set, she acquired two 10s with a score 29-28. But unfortunately, she acquired 10, 7 & 10 at fourth set. Thus, she lost with 27-29.
Even though, Deepika Kumari acquired three 9s consecutively, but Nam Suhyeon won the fifth set and won the game with 10, 9, & 10.
