ITV Network’s Legally Speaking To Host 2nd Edition Of law and Constitution Dialogue

ITV Network’s Legally Speaking and NewsX are proud to host the second edition of the Law and Constitution Dialogue on December 15, 2023. The esteemed Chief Guest for this event is Justice Surya Kant, Hon’ble Justice of the Supreme Court.
This year’s theme is ‘How Judicial Judgements Shape India’s Future.’

From Senior Advocate Dr. Abhishek M. Singhvi to BCI President Manan Kumar Mishra, SCBA President Aadish A. Aggarwala and Mahesh Jethmalani to Raian Karanjawala, Vivek Tankha to Nalin Kohli, VC of Jindal Global Law School Prof C. Raj Kumar to Principal of MERI Law Institute Prof. Preet Singh, Adv Nikhil Rohatgi to Adv Jahanvi Sharma will put their vision during ‘One-on-One’ session about ‘How Judicial Judgements Shape India’s Future. This Dialogue will feature Members of Parliament, senior advocates, political spokespersons and emerging advocates.

The event will commence at 3 pm onwards at the NDMC Convention Centre, New Delhi.

Last year on Constitution Day i.e., November 26, ITV Network launched the Legally Speaking’s website, https://legally-speaking.in . The inauguration coincided with the 1st Law and Constitution Dialogue and was inaugurated by Supreme Court Justice Surya Kant and ITV Network founder and Rajya Sabha MP Kartikeya Sharma.

Legally Speaking and NewsX have previously organized many others memorial law lectures, including the 4th Ram Jethmalani Memorial Lecture on September 15, 2023. The event, marking Jethmalani’s birth centenary year (1923-2023), was attended by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, Jethmalani’s family, and other notable personalities.

Similarly, NewsX co-hosted the 8th Dr. LM Singhvi Memorial Lecture on December 2, 2022. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar was the Chief Guest, and CJI DY Chandrachud was the Guest of Honour.
