Cancellation Made Within 48 Hours of the Event/Service
As the event date approaches, cancellations have a more significant impact on our planning and logistics. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled event or service, a 50% deduction will be applied. You will receive a 50% refund of your ticket price.
For instance, if your ticket costs ₹100, a 50% deduction would result in a ₹50 fee. Hence, you would receive ₹50 as a refund.
Cancellation Made Within 24 Hours of the Event/Service
We understand that emergencies can occur at any time. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event or service significantly impact our ability to manage and deliver the event successfully. Therefore, cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 100% deduction. This means that no refund will be issued, and the full ticket price is non-refundable.
For example, if your ticket costs ₹100, a 100% deduction would result in a ₹100 fee. Therefore, no refund will be provided.
