Paul Pogba’s Suspension To Be Over By 2025

Paul Pogba is expected to return in March 2025 after his ban has been reduced to just eighteen months. The French midfielder will start training with the club in January and is expected to take the pitch in March 2025.  The French midfielder will start his third stint with the Italian giants this March.

Doping Test Saga

Last Summer, Paul Pogba made his way back to his Italian home Juventus. The doping test conducted in Turin last August showed his testosterone levels to be very high. As a result of this, he couldn’t make his return debut for the Turin club. Italy’s National anti-doping tribunal had banned the footballer for four years.

After being found guilty of the ban Pogba said he would fight this battle legally and take this matter to the court. He has always maintained his stance saying that he never took any illegal substance intentionally.
” When I am free of legal restrictions, the full story will become clear, but I have never knowingly or deliberately taken any banned substances,” said Pogba after the imposition of the ban.

The Return of Pogba

Now to the delight of football and Juventus fans, his ban has been reduced to eighteen months. Fabrizio Romano revealed yesterday 2018 World Cup winner will come back in action in 2025. Now Pogba is eligible to start training in Turin from January 2025 and can make his full-length start in March 2025.

Paul Pogba returned to Juventus for his second stint in the year 2022. Speculations were revealing that the Turin club may terminate the contract of the Frech midfielder but that will only happen if he doesn’t win the battle, but the situation seems to be contrary.

It’s up to the club manager Thiago Motta if he will consider playing French midfielder for the squad and the starting xi.

Paul Pogba in his two stints with Juventus has played over 190 games with 34 goals and 41 assists.
