CM Yogi Adityanath Conducts ‘Rudrabhishek’ Ceremony At Gorakhnath Temple

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath participated in the ‘Rudrabhishek’ ceremony at Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on Monday, marking the occasion of Holi. Extending his warm wishes to the people of the state, he expressed hope for happiness and peace in their lives.

In a message shared on social media, CM Yogi conveyed heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to everyone on the festive occasion of Holi, celebrating the essence of colors, enthusiasm, love, joy, and social harmony. He expressed a wish for individuals to experience a multitude of happiness and for society to be immersed in the soulful colors of happiness, peace, and goodwill.

The day before, on Sunday, CM Yogi Adityanath had already extended his wishes for a happy and auspicious Holi to all citizens, emphasizing that festivals should symbolize harmony, peace, and equality. He made these remarks while addressing a gathering at the Holika Dahan procession organized by the Holika Dahan Utsav Committee in Pandey Hata.

During his address, CM Yogi emphasized the importance of unity and the elimination of discrimination in society. He stressed that all people should remain united without any form of discrimination, highlighting this as a fundamental message of the Holi festival.

Furthermore, CM Yogi underscored the significance of preserving the rich cultural heritage of Holi, which spans thousands of years and has its roots in epochs like Satyayug. He emphasized the importance of passing down these traditions to future generations, thereby ensuring the continuity of cultural values and practices.

Holi, celebrated with immense fervor across the country, is observed today, preceded by the traditional ritual of Holika Dahan, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil.
