Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to hold a cabinet meeting at Lok Bhawan in Lucknow on Tuesday. More than 21 proposals will be discussed and approved at the meeting.

He proposed to merge Lucknow, Hardoi, Sitapur, Unnao, Rai Bareilly and Barabanki to form the State Capital Region (SCR). Currently, 1,16,388 youth have been trained in various skills such as plumbing, electrical work, auto mechanic, assembly, masonry and pumping.
