Three individuals lost their lives, and two sustained injuries following a car accident near the Patera area of Damoh on Monday. Following the tragic incident, all five occupants were promptly transported to the nearest hospital. Regrettably, one individual succumbed to their injuries at the primary health center, while two others breathed their last at the district hospital.
At present, medical treatment is being administered to the two injured individuals at the district hospital in Damoh. Shedding light on the incident, SHO Amit Gautam of Patera stated, “A car lost control and collided with a tree near Patera. Subsequently, all five passengers were rushed to the hospital, where unfortunately, three individuals couldn’t be revived…”
Authorities have announced that the postmortem examinations of the three deceased will be conducted on Tuesday. Additional details regarding the accident are yet to be disclosed.
