The fire broke out on Wednesday morning in a flat within the Jaipuria Sunrise Greens apartment complex in Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram area. Upon receiving the alert, the fire brigade quickly rushed to the scene to tackle the blaze.
According to Chief Fire Officer (CFO) Rahul Kumar, the fire originated on the 3rd floor of the Sunrise Greens apartments. “Three fire tenders were dispatched to the location to bring the fire under control,” Kumar stated.
Fortunately, there were no reported casualties in the incident. Although some household items within the flat were consumed by the fire, the prompt response of the fire brigade prevented any loss of life.
Additionally, another report stated that the fire broke out at a flat in the Jaipuria Sunrise Green Society, located in the Ahimsa Khand area under the jurisdiction of the Indirapuram police station. Two fire engines were deployed to the scene to extinguish the flames.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and investigations into the incident are ongoing. Meanwhile, residents of the Jaipuria Sunrise Greens apartments have expressed relief that there were no injuries or fatalities in the fire.
