Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin Accuses PM Modi Of Misinformation On Fund Allocation

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave false information regarding fund allocation in the state. Stalin questioned the lack of transparency and asked the president to disclose dividend recipients. He asked whether the promised aid had reached people affected by the two national disasters in eight districts of Tamil Nadu.

Stalin criticized the Union government for lack of aid despite the state’s request for aid worth Rs 370 million. He alleged that the Tamil Nadu government had allocated 3,406.77 billion rupees from the state disaster fund and government fund without the support of the central government.

Moreover, Prime Minister MK Stalin launched the ‘Neengal Nalama’ (Are you okay) program to assess the status of various government measures and gather public opinion. The program includes a special website where citizens can provide feedback on government activities. Stalin believed that the role of government was not only to implement strategies that would benefit all citizens of the state.

During his recent visit to Tamil Nadu, Prime Minister Modi criticized DMK’s handling of the cyclone incident. Alleging that DMK did not care about people’s problems during the storm, he emphasized the need for effective flood management.

PM Modi mentioned that the Ministry of Justice will directly transfer the funds to the accounts of the beneficiaries and assured that his government will prevent money laundering and recover the wrong money for the benefit of the people of Tamil Nadu.

After this speech, Stalin criticized Prime Minister Modi for his false claim that the money would be distributed directly to the public during his state visit. Stalin questioned the transparency of the allocation process and emphasized the need for clarity on the recipients of the funds promised by the president.
