Apple has reduced iPhone prices in India by ₹300-6,000 following the government’s cut in import duty on mobile phones.
According to Apple’s updated rate list, the imported iPhone Pro models are now priced ₹5,100-6,000 lower.
Previously, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max were priced at ₹1,34,900 and ₹1,59,900 respectively.
The iPhone Pro model with 128 GB storage will now be available for ₹1,29,800, reflecting a 3.7% reduction in price.
The price of the entry-level iPhone Pro Max with 256 GB storage has dropped by approximately 10%, now costing ₹1,54,000 instead of ₹1,59,900.
Made-in-India iPhones, including the 13, 14, and 15 models, have also seen a price reduction of ₹300, while the iPhone SE has become ₹2,300 cheaper.
The entry-level iPhone SE is now priced at ₹47,600, down from ₹49,900.
These price adjustments follow the government’s recent proposal to lower the import duty on mobile phones and chargers from 20% to 15%.
