Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions Announces Gameplay Trailer, Watch

Warner Bros. Games announced Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions last month, confirming it would be released on September 3. The company has now shared a new gameplay trailer, revealing the game’s features. They have also provided details about pre-orders and the release schedule: the digital version will be available in September, and the physical version will be released in November. The trailer showcases Quidditch gameplay, various game modes, and playable characters.

Gameplay Trailer Highlights

Developed by Unbroken Studios, the game includes a single-player career mode, an online competitive mode, and the Quidditch World Cup. The “Welcome Students” trailer gives a preview of fast-paced Quidditch matches, allowing players to play as Beaters, Chasers, Keepers, or Seekers. Pre-orders are available for Standard and Deluxe editions.

The trailer features Quidditch matches, large arenas, and characters like Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Draco Malfoy. Players can also create custom characters.

Pre-Order and Release Information

The game’s release will be staggered. Digital versions of the Standard and Deluxe editions will be out on September 3, while the physical Deluxe edition will be available on November 8 for PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PS5, PS4, Xbox Series S/X, and Xbox One. A Nintendo Switch version will be released during the 2024 holiday season. Deluxe edition rewards include house packs for Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff, along with in-game currency.

Pre-orders are open on all platforms, with a Firebolt Supreme broom skin as a pre-order bonus. Additionally, the Standard edition will be available for free to PlayStation Plus members from September 3 to September 30, playable as long as the PS Plus subscription is active.
