BJP lawmakers protest “Quit India” on the grounds of Parliament

On Wednesday morning, Bharatiya Janata Party lawmakers conducted a protest on the grounds of the Parliament to commemorate the anniversary of the Quit India Movement.
“Corruption Quit India,” “Dynasty Quit India,” and “Appeasement Quit India” were the chants and posters they held aloft.
Nishikant Dubey and Ravi Shankar Prasad, two prominent members of the BJP, today attacked the Congress, accusing it of corruption and adopting dynastic policies.

According to Dubey, “In these seventy-five years Congress, and parties sponsored by it, handed the nation three things that are devouring the nation like termites. Because democracy is for the common people, it is time to cultivate an atmosphere that is hostile to them.

“Corruption is the subject of the second question. The third is about vote-bank politics that involves deceiving minorities in order to win over voters. They forbid the country from implementing any policies.
“…Rampant family rule in politics, foul corruption, and appeasement politics have all left India. Family power and corruption must leave India if the democratic fabric of the nation is to be preserved, said BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad in a press conference.
In a tribute to the Quit India Movement participants, the prime minister advocated for an India free of dynastic corruption.

“Tributes to the greats who took part in the Quit India Movement. Under the leadership of Gandhi Ji, this Movement played a major role in freeing India from colonial rule,” the PM tweeted.

“Today, India is saying in one voice: Corruption Quit India. Dynasty Quit India. Appeasement Quit India,” he wrote
