On Wednesday morning, the Border Security Force discovered three packets of suspected narcotics and a blinker ball, which were dropped by a drone near the Ferozepur border in Punjab. As per an official statement, on June 14, 2023, BSF initiated a search operation on the periphery of Maboke village in Ferozepur district based on specific information received at approximately 7:30 AM.
“During the search, BSF troops recovered a black coloured bag, containing three small packets (2 white and one black colour polythene) of suspected narcotics (Gross weight – 2.6 kg) along with one blinker ball, dropped by drone, from a farming field on the periphery of Maboke village in Ferozepur district,” stated the BSF.
