Three individuals have been apprehended, and a sum of Rs 1.27 crore has been reclaimed in relation to the robbery at Baba Haridas Nagar in the national capital, according to Delhi Police. On Friday, the police control room received a call reporting that individuals pretending to be Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials had absconded with over Rs 3.2 crore from a residence.
Two of the robbery suspects were captured on Saturday, with one previously detained during the investigation. An FIR was lodged, leading to the arrest of Amit in Narela, along with the recovery of Rs 70 lakh, a car, and an illegal firearm. Following Amit’s interrogation and information from confidential sources, another suspect, Rohit, was arrested on Saturday night. Through further questioning, Manish was apprehended, resulting in the retrieval of Rs 57 lakh and another vehicle used in the crime. The total recovered cash in the case amounts to Rs 1.27 crore. Several police teams are currently conducting raids in Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh, as per the officials’ statement.
