As the final hours tick down for the anticipated lunar landing of Chandrayaan-3, people worldwide are sending out their heartfelt hopes and well wishes, all united in their desire for India’s lunar mission to achieve success.

For the successful arrival of Chandrayaan-3 on the south pole of the moon, “Maha-aarti” and “Hawan pujan” are being performed at the renowned Siddhivinayak temple in Pune, Maharashtra.
Irrespective of their religious affiliations, people are uniting to offer prayers in support of the Chandrayaan-3 mission.

In Pune, members of the Shiv Sena party participated in prayers at the Siddhivinayak temple, expressing hopeful anticipation for the successful and gentle landing of the lunar spacecraft.
As stated by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), the Chandrayaan-3 mission is scheduled to make its lunar landing today at approximately 18:04 hours IST.

ISRO’s most recent update on Chandrayaan-3’s soft landing confirms that the mission is proceeding as planned, with routine system evaluations in progress. The agency has also unveiled a collection of close-range lunar images.

Starting from Parmarth Niketan in Rishikesh to locations in the United States, unique rituals, prayers, and ceremonial activities are taking place to seek blessings for the success of Chandrayaan-3.

Diverse religious rituals are taking place throughout India to invoke divine favor for the triumphant achievement of Chandrayaan-3’s pioneering expedition. A special Ganga Aarti was exclusively dedicated to India’s lunar venture, featuring the waving of the tricolor flag at Prarmath Niketan Ghat in Rishikesh.
In locations such as Bhubaneswar, Varanasi, and Prayagraj, congregations of people engaged in ‘havan’ ceremonies and heartfelt supplications, all directed towards the prosperous touchdown of Chandrayaan-3.

Worshipers assembled at the Hanuman temple situated in Aliganj, Uttar Pradesh, to conduct an Aarti ceremony, celebrating the triumphant moon landing of Chandrayaan. In Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, fervent devotees recited sacred verses and held up Chandrayaan’s posters, seeking blessings for the mission’s accomplishment.
