According to officials on Thursday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a prosecution complaint in a special court here against three suspected wildlife poachers under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
The individuals are identified as Satyaban Sahu, Mahit Bhue, and Souki Thethua by the ED officials.
The ED announced on social media platform X that the court had acknowledged the prosecution complaint it had filed in this case on December 4.
“In the Court of the Hon’ble Sessions Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar -cum-Special Court, ED has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 against three alleged wildlife poachers, namely Satyaban Sahu, Mahit Bhue, and Souki Thethua.
