Get my shakti from obsession to work: Rasika Dugal at #WeWomenWant Festival

“I get my shakti from my obsession to work,” said actor Rasika Dugal at the We Women Want Festival 2023.

“I believe India has an undeniable global presence and it should be because of the variety and quality of work we are doing. We have great talents in our country and hence can work our way through difficult situations,” the actor said while talking about her Emmy win & India’s Oscar win.

She portrayed the role of a young IPS officer named Neeti Singh in the TV series Delhi Crime released on Netflix on 21 March 2019 which won the International Emmy Award for Best Drama Series.

Speaking about the recently announced season 3 of the famous crime thriller, Dugal said, “Delhi Crime 3 is a well-researched & well-filmed show. It’s international credibility is undeniable.”

Speaking about her experience in the film industry, Rasika Dugal said that Manto was a game-changing project for her.

Hailed as the OTT queen by the netizens, Rasika is an award-winning actor who has delivered top-notch performances in ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Delhi Crime’ and many more.

The iTV Network is hosting the We Women Want Festival on 18th March 2023 at the Juhu Hotel in Mumbai. The event marks the second edition of the We Women Want Shakti Awards, honouring India’s women achievers. The day-long festival is an extravaganza celebrating women and saluting their spirit.
