HP CM launches development projects worth over Rs 60 cr in Kinnaur

Jairam Thakur, the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, said the state government is working “by staying near to the needy” as he dedicated and lay the cornerstones for 23 development projects costing approximately Rs 62 crore for the Kinnaur Assembly seat on Sunday.

Additionally, the Chief Minister oversaw the celebration of “Pragatisheel Himachal: Sathapna ke 75 Varsh.” The Chief Minister added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had started the “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan” on the occasion of India’s 75th anniversary of independence in order to show appreciation to the freedom warriors who had made sacrifices for the cause of independence. He said that the entire country, including Himachal, participated in this effort.

“Moreover, the 75th anniversary of the founding of our state had begun. The state government of Himachal planned the “Pragatisheel Himachal: Sathapna ke 75 Varsh” celebration to recognise the contributions of outstanding leaders and diligent citizens who have actively contributed to the development and prosperity of the state “he said.

The Chief Minister praised PM Modi’s leadership, noting that the nation survived the COVID testing period and had success producing its own vaccinations.

Additionally, the largest vaccination programme in history was successfully finished in the nation, he added.

The opposition parties, according to the chief minister, were very angry with the state government’s public welfare programmes and plans and were attempting to mislead the populace.

“The state administration has been successful by interacting with the underprivileged. The government launched programmes like Mukhyamantri Sahara, Himcare, and Mukhyamantri Shagun with a commitment to helping the impoverished, keeping in mind their struggles and needs “added he.

According to Thakur, his government has made meeting the requirements and developing this tribal district a top priority and is working to give the locals a good quality of life.
