The Enforcement Directorate summoned Nationalist Congress Party leader Jayant Patil for questioning in connection with an investigation into alleged irregularities in Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS).
According to an official, the Maharashtra National Congress Party president Jayant Patil has been summoned to appear before the investigation agency on Friday, May 12.
The investigation focuses on potential irregularities in IL&FS Group’s loan and stock involvement in one of the defaulters, Kohinoor CTNL. The Kohinoor Square skyscraper in Dadar (West) is being built by Kohinoor CTNL.
