The distribution of appointment letters will commence on February 12 at 10:30 am through video conferencing, as per a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). The Rozgar Mela will take place at 47 locations across the country, with recruitments happening in Central Government Departments and State Governments/Union Territories supporting this initiative.
The newly appointed recruits will join various Ministries/Departments, including the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Higher Education, Department of Atomic Energy, Ministry of Defence, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, and Ministry of Railways, among others.
The Rozgar Mela aligns with the Prime Minister’s commitment to prioritizing employment generation in the country. It is expected to facilitate further employment opportunities and empower youth for their active participation in national development.
Furthermore, the newly recruited individuals will have the opportunity to undergo training through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This platform offers more than 880 e-learning courses in an ‘anywhere, any device’ learning format, enabling individuals to enhance their skills and capabilities.
