If you go to Boston, you go to Washington, DC, you go to LA or San Francisco, there are events lined up, which will happen at the same time as the ceremony in India happens.” Aghi emphasized the cultural, emotional, and religious connection the Indian American community feels toward the Ram Temple event, showcasing a momentum that goes beyond geographical boundaries.
In a global gesture of significance, the Mauritian government announced a two-hour special break for Hindu public officers on January 22 to enable their participation in local events marking the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. The Mauritian Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, issued an official statement, recognizing the event’s landmark status.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to attend the ceremonial installation of the idol of Shri Ram Lalla on January 22, marking the culmination of a seven-day ceremony starting from January 16.
