The Uttar Pradesh Police constable recruitment exam commenced on Saturday, marking the beginning of a two-day examination conducted in two shifts. The exam will be held across all districts of Uttar Pradesh, ensuring the participation of candidates from various regions.
In preparation for the smooth conduct of the exam, security measures have been significantly bolstered at examination centers. This move aims to maintain order and security, facilitating an environment conducive to fair and transparent examination proceedings.
The recruitment drive, initiated under ‘Mission Rozgar’ by the Yogi government, is a significant endeavor aimed at addressing the state’s employment needs. With more than 60,000 vacant posts for constables in the Uttar Pradesh Police, this recruitment drive holds promise for the youth eagerly awaiting employment opportunities.
A total of 2,385 examination centers have been established across all districts to accommodate the vast number of candidates participating in the recruitment process. An impressive figure of 48,17,441 candidates is expected to appear for the examination, reflecting the immense interest and enthusiasm among the youth of Uttar Pradesh to join the police force.
