Until 1 pm, the Telangana Assembly polls witnessed a voter turnout of 36.68%, as reported by the Election Commission of India. Notable turnout percentages were observed in various constituencies, with Adilabad at 41.88%, Bhadradri at 39.29%, Hanumankonda at 35.29%, Jagtial at 46.14%, Kamareddy at 40.78%, and Khammam at 42.93%. Additionally, Mahabubabad recorded 46.89%, Medak 50.80%, Mulugu 45.69%, and Siddipet 44.35% by 11 am.

Commencing at 7 am, voters formed long queues in both urban and rural areas of Telangana. By 11 am, the overall state turnout reached 20.64%. This election features 2,290 contestants, including prominent figures like Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Minister-son K.T. Rama Rao, State Congress President A Revanth Reddy, and BJP Lok Sabha members Bandi Sanjay Kumar and D Arvind.
