The Noida Police in Uttar Pradesh has registered a First Information Report (FIR) against renowned motivational speaker Vivek Bindra on allegations of assaulting his wife, Yanika Bindra. The case was filed on December 14 at the Noida Sector 126 police station, just eight days after the couple’s reported marriage on December 6.
Vivek Bindra, the CEO and founder of Bada Business Pvt Ltd, faces charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427, and 325. The police in Noida are currently investigating the matter and have assured a thorough probe into the allegations.
The complaint was lodged by Yanika’s brother, Vaibhav, who claimed that Vivek Bindra had locked his sister in a room, verbally abused her, and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries all over her body. Yanika is reportedly undergoing medical treatment at Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital, and her brother alleges that she is also experiencing hearing difficulties due to the assault on her ears.
A video circulating on social media purportedly shows Yanika displaying injury marks to doctors. The incident has sparked public outrage and concern over the reported assault, with many expressing support for Yanika and demanding justice.
