All players in the 15-member squad as well as Rahul Dravid were set to receive Rs 5 crore each
Meanwhile, other coaches of the team were set to receive a sum of Rs 2.5 crore each
Dravid who was India's head coach during T20 WC 2024 made a great gesture:
He decided to let go of half of the prize money that he was set to get
This was because the other coaches received Rs 2.5 crore each
The BCCI respected his wish and Dravid was rewarded Rs 2.5 crore for the big WC win
