Why Are AAP Ministers On Hunger Strike?

Delhli Water Minister Atishi along with other AAP ministers went on an indefnite hunger strike on June 21.

The hunger strike protests the severe water crisis in Delhi. Atishi accused Haryana of releasing 100 MGD less water daily, affecting 28 lakh people.

Atishi stated she will continue the Satyagraha until Delhi gets its rightful share of water.

In a recent development, Delhi Water Minister Atishi was hospitalised due to hunger strike.

Atishi was admitted as doctors advised her hospitalisation after significant decline in her health on the fourth day of the fast.
