In the early hours of this morning, at approximately 1:30 AM, four Bangladeshi nationals attempted to cross the India-Bangladesh border illegally in the Karimganj sector. The individuals, identified as Motiur Seikh, Mushiar Mullah, Tania Mullah, and Rita Mullah, were thwarted by swift action from local police.

The police intervened at the zero point of the border and successfully repelled the intruders, preventing their unauthorized entry into India. Authorities are currently investigating the motives behind the attempted crossing and reviewing border security protocols to prevent future incidents.
