Bangladesh To Hold Elections In Late 2025 Or Early 2026: Muhammad Yunus

Bangladesh’s interim leader, Muhammad Yunus, who leads the caretaker government established after the August revolution, stated on Monday that general elections are expected to take place either late next year or in early 2026. “Election dates could be set by the end of 2025 or the first half of 2026,” Yunus announced in a broadcast on state television.
