Bangladesh Unrest: Parliament To Be Dissolved, Interin Government To Be Formed

Amid the ongoing tensions in the neighbouring country of Bangladesh, the country is all set to dissolve the parliament and will be forming an interim government at the earliest. Bangladesh President Mohammed Shahabuddin scheduled a meeting with leaders of various political parties & representatives of civil society at Bangabhaban.

The meeting also included the three chiefs of the armed force. The army has decided to end the curfew by Tuesday and has planned to call the schools and businesses to reopen. Army is determined to take corrective measures & end this situation of anarchy.

In the latest development, at least 56 people were killed during the unrest in Bangladesh on Monday, news agency AFP reported, citing police and doctors.
