Indian Foreign Secretary Meets Bangladeshi Counterpart Amid Frosty Bilateral Ties

The foreign secretaries of India and Bangladesh have begun talks in Dhaka in hopes of defusing escalating tensions between the neighbours in the first high-level meeting since the recent political upheaval in Bangladesh.
