This engagement follows Kate’s recent announcement about completing her chemotherapy treatment, shared in a video on September 9. “As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment,” she stated.

Describing her experience, she called her cancer journey “complex, scary, and unpredictable,” highlighting the importance of focusing on what truly matters in life. “Life as you know it can change in an instant, and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown,” she added.
