UK: Akshay Kumar & Wife Meet PM Sunak in London

During their recent visit to London, renowned Bollywood couple Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna had the honour of meeting UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. Twinkle shared a glimpse of their visit on Instagram, expressing that the evening’s formal attire and high heels were a small price to pay for such a memorable occasion.

The Instagram post features a video that kicks off with a captivating performance by the legendary Italian tenor, Andrea Bocelli, at an event. Towards the end of the video, Twinkle and Akshay can be seen posing alongside UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

For the occasion, Akshay and Prime Minister Sunak were attired in formal suits, while Twinkle graced the event in a stylish white dress paired with a leopard print jacket.

Earlier this month, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, accompanied by his wife Akshata Murty, visited New Delhi to participate in the G20 Summit hosted by India during its Presidency. The couple also took the opportunity to offer their prayers at the Akshardham Temple in New Delhi during their visit.

On the professional front, Akshay Kumar is set to star in the drama film ‘Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue.’ Additionally, he will be headlining the Hindi remake of the Tamil drama ‘Soorarai Pottru,’ scheduled for release on February 16, 2024. Fans can also look forward to his action-packed thriller ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ alongside Tiger Shroff, as well as the much-anticipated comedy ‘Housefull 5.’
