Will Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Endorse Donald Trump For US 2024 Elections? Actor Regrets Supporting Joe Biden In 2020

Expressing regret over endorsing Joe Biden in 2020, actor and professional wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson said he will not make the same mistake again in 2024. Ahead of a potential rematch between Biden and Donald Trump, Johnson appeared on “Fox & Friends Weekend.” When asked by host Will Cain if he was satisfied with the current state of America, Johnson responded that the answer is no, but he believes things can improve because he is an optimistic person.

The 51-year-old star of “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” made clear there will be no endorsement from him this election year. He said making any endorsement would create too much division, which he wants to avoid.

“The endorsement I made for Biden years ago was a decision I thought was best at the time,” Johnson said, adding that he will not do it again this year. He admitted he has realized his goal is to unite the country, so he will keep his politics private. The WWE executive further said he has full confidence in the American people to elect the right candidate for the White House. He stated that the choice is between each voter and the ballot box, and like many Americans, he does not fully trust politicians. However, he trusts the public and will fully support whoever they elect as president.

In 2020, Dwayne Johnson endorsed Biden and then-Senator Kamala Harris, calling them the best choice to lead the country. During a video chat, Harris had described herself as a huge fan of Johnson’s Fast & Furious and Jumanji movies. When asked about a potential presidential run, Johnson said he has no intention to enter politics right now, as his priorities are his family. He considers himself a patriot who cares deeply about the country but has no political aspirations at this time.
