Could the rift among royals be on the mend? A royal commentator hints that Prince William and Kate Middleton have extended a family invitation to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, along with their children, for their upcoming visit to the UK. Previously, the commentator noted Harry’s disappointment over his children, Archie and Lilibet, missing out on meeting their cousins and royal Easter festivities. However, royal author Tom Quinn suggests that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are making efforts to mend the strained relationship between the two families.
Prince William and Kate requested Harry to bring his children
Prince Harry is anticipated to fly back to London for the Invictus Games event in May. Royal author and expert Tom Quinn suggests that Kate Middleton and Prince William have purportedly contacted Harry and Meghan, encouraging them to bring along their children, Archie and Lilibet, possibly to alleviate any tension. However, according to the Mirror, the Duchess of Sussex “has put her foot down and refused.”
Speaking to the Mirror, Quinn said, “There is no way Meghan would bring the children to the UK. William and Kate have suggested that Meghan and Harry bring the children and that the two couples and their families try to make up, but the suggestion is not leading anywhere so far.”
